Tobias Rehberger at the 53rd Venice Biennale

Pilar Corrias Gallery is delighted to announce Tobias Rehberger's participation in La Biennale di Venezia 2009. On the occassion of the 53rd International Art Exhibition, Tobias Rehberger has created a sculpture that will also function as a cafeteria for the duration of the exhibition. Taking dazzle painting as a point of departure, Rehberger has appropriated the technique and applied it to the floors, walls and furniture to create a space that is both visually and physically disorientating.
