Madani's first major solo exhibition in Greece forms part of a series of exhibitions entitled What If Women Ruled the World?, hosted by the National Museum of Contemporary Art, Athens. The artist’s idiosyncratic approach to figuration conjoins references from cartoons, cinema and other popular durational forms, transforming them into a language entirely the artist’s own. The exhibition will bring together work from all periods of her creation, providing an in-depth overview of Madani’s wider practice.
