Kunsten Museum, Aalborg to present 2023 solo show by Shara Hughes

Kunsten Museum of Modern Art in Aalborg, Denmark
Pilar Corrias is delighted to announce that a new European solo show by Shara Hughes will open this spring at Kunsten Museum of Modern Art in Aalborg, Denmark.

The exhibition will present a new series of paintings and works on paper produced following Hughes's residencies in Skagen and The Boathouse at Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Humlebæk, where she became inspired by the Nordic landscape and light, and their effects on the horizon line throughout the day. A new catalogue will be published to accompany the exhibition.
